However, that impressive growth, even in adverse circumstances, has not been reflected in the pay cleaners receive, with only 39% of the cleaning sector earning a real living wage.

What it’s like to work with us…
Donna
I’ve worked for So Fresh and So Clean for 6 years as a cleaning technician. Cleaning a variety of different sites. Sometimes working with colleagues as a team or individually.
The hours are flexible, as you can work them around your home life. Extra hours are sometimes available, but are not compulsory.
Tony
I have worked for So Fresh and So Clean for over 7 years . The job is very flexible which allows me to work around my family life, i have two children.
I worked for another company doing basic cleaning, So Fresh and So Clean improved my cleaning skills immensely. I am now able to do anything from a communal clean to an End of Tenancy Clean. I am now a Supervisor for the company and I’m always learning new things.
I consider them an excellent family company to work for with progression opportunities.
