Wouldn’t it be wonderful if you didn’t have to choose between cost or quality? Imagine being able to find a service provider who delivers on both.
This year we have experienced record growth in the commercial cleaning section of our business. It has been fantastic for us to be able to look back and understand the changes implemented. The changes that have brought about this success. All whilst maintaining a high level of quality in our services without over or undercharging. A fine balance.
We have worked on escalating our client on boarding process. This means we are able to come and complete a free site assessment and send out a quote quicker. This is turn means being able to start commencement of a new contract almost immediately, recruitment permitting.
With a recent contract we took over, the previous provider had sadly provided a poor level of service as well as poor communication. We were able to complete a site assessment, talk through the clients needs and provide them with a quote. By starting off with a one off deep clean, followed by regular weekly cleans, we were able to reduce the hours the client needed, saving them time and money in the long run.
When we send a quote to potential new clients, we actively encourage them to speak to our existing clients before making a decision. The purpose of this is to allow you to speak client to client about the changes they want to happen. Potential clients can also understand how we have made a difference elsewhere.
We know how important communication is with our clients. We make sure clients can contact us about the service they are receiving. The, if needed, we can rectify any teething issues. We conduct site audits to ensure the cleaning standards remain high. We make sure our staff are well looked after, supported, trained and given the correct equipment to complete their work.
