If there is TUPE involved to bring employee’s over, it could be anywhere from 28 days to three months. It all depends on the transfer details.
Our quickest turnaround to date has been 3 days! This was from site visit to starting. This was for a smaller clean and no existing contracts to take over.
If there is a recruitment process, this takes as long as it needs to fulfil the position with the ideal candidate, the activities can usually be covered by bank staff, depending on the size of contract.
Paperwork needs to be in place before supplies are ordered. This will depend on how active the client is in responding.
