Laura Dent – A Clean Approach to Health
A massive thankyou to Caroline Peyton for inviting our Director Laura Dent to feature on her podcast ‘Nutrition Life Stories’.
During the conversation, Laura shared how she had used nutrition to improve her life and overall health, supporting her with two big health concerns.
In her late teens, Laura was diagnosed with ME, but this was not a quick or straight forward process. Taking things into her own hands, Laura starting looking into nutrition in more detail to support and manage her symptoms.
Further, in her lates 20’s, Laura was diagnosed with endometriosis. She had previously found her self in so much pain she ended up hospitalised and given morphine.
Following a clean diet, eating foods that are great for combating inflammation and consuming low amounts of ultra processed food has helped Laura stay in control.
One of the main reasons our cleaning company is where it is today, is because of the out dated practises in the work place being non inclusive for those suffering with medical conditions.
The positives from Laura’s journey has allowed her to create a company that is passionate about well fare and equality.
