Making Staff Welfare a Priority.
We onboarded a new client recently and following a visit to establish the clients needs, of the many problems they were having with their previous supplier, the current staff welfare was at the top of their list to rectify and why we were chosen.
They were witnessing the staff running themselves into the ground, without the right equipment, support, cover, plus the stress of not being paid properly.
We’ve happily onboarding the staff and given them the tools and support to carry out their day to day duties.
Our new client now feels relieved and can carry on with their normal role.
