We can provide all cleaning supplies, equipment and chemicals required to fulfil the needs of the proposed schedule. All schedules are tailored to the contract to ensure end to end professional service that focusses on client specific priorities.
Our management team audit our sites on a regular basis, identifying any issue’s and obtain feedback. This gives our clients peace of mind knowing consistency in service levels are important to us.
So Fresh & So Clean provide bespoke in-house and external training for staff to ensure they are competent, compliant and have an awareness of critical areas. Whether it is safeguarding, IPAF or COSHH our staff will be trained to fit our client’s needs.
We have a mobile support team for both planned and unplanned absence. Our mobile teams will be familiarised with individual sites prior to cover to deliver effective and efficient service.
Sustainability
Where possible, our sites are set up with a dedicated store room for the cleaning equipment, this reduces the need for our teams to carry materials around with them, freeing them up to walk, cycle or use public transport rather than cars. This also opens up job opportunities to ALL and not discriminating against those who are unable to or choose to not drive.
Our chemicals are stored in 10L containers which is used to decant into smaller spray bottles. Once empty the 10L containers are returned to our supplier free of charge to be refilled with the same product and reused, thus eliminating the need for single use plastics, on-site waste and waste going into landfill.
All of our chemicals are biodegradable, never tested on animals and are manufactured in the UK.
We choose to work with suppliers who have environmentally and socially responsible policies and practices, establishing a sustainable supply chain end to end.Using local people and businesses for our subcontractors and suppliers is highly prioritised, supporting our local community with our common goals in our Town and County’s growth.
